The family of a child who was found alive in the morgue, hours after being pronounced dead, says the ordeal has changed him.

The New York Times reports Alexus Fiordilino, of Gilbert, Arizona, is filing a lawsuit after her toddler son, Vincent, after staff at an Arizona hospital mistakenly pronounced him dead in February. He had been found unresponsive in a backyard swimming pool hours earlier, Fiordilino said.
