Traffic light problems reported at Edgmont Ave and Brookhaven Rd

Police say motorists reported shortened signal cycles at the Edgmont Avenue and Brookhaven Road intersection after a vehicle crash damaged the traffic control box and equipment needed replacement. The police department, the Borough Engineer and the vendor have been working on repairs; officials believe most issues are resolved and will continue monitoring the intersection.
