Tri-County law enforcement agencies say they will remain vigilant and enforce a zero-tolerance policy against street takeovers. Empowered by South Carolina’s Roadway Protection and Safety Act, officers may seize vehicles, make arrests, and seek fines and jail time to protect the community from reckless behavior.
