Trident Tech welcomes two new Youth Apprentices with North Charleston Police Department

Trident Technical College announced two new Youth Apprentices have joined the North Charleston Police Department, increasing this fall’s total to three apprentices. During the school year they will work part-time while balancing high school and college coursework at Trident Tech, then move to full-time positions in the summer. The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce pays the apprentices’ college tuition and NCPD provides competitive salaries to help students earn college credit and explore careers in law enforcement.
