Two arrested in 2025 Hershey Fresh Market burglary; Jason S. Jackson and Ricky Green charged
Derry Township detectives say two suspects have been arrested in connection with a 2025 burglary at Hershey Fresh Market and linked to similar commercial break-ins across four counties.
After a lengthy investigation, Derry Township detectives arrested Jason S. Jackson of Camp Hill (60) and Ricky Green of Harrisburg in connection with the 2025 Hershey Fresh Market burglary. Both face charges including felony burglary (18 § 3502 (A4)) and criminal trespass (18 § 3503 (A1II)), are linked to a string of commercial burglaries across Cumberland, Dauphin, York and Perry counties, and the case is listed as DT-25-07680 (reported Monday, July 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Derry Township Police Department).
