Two arrested in Hershey Fresh Market burglary; suspects tied to multi-county break-ins
Derry Township detectives arrested two men in the 2025 Hershey Fresh Market burglary and linked them to multiple commercial break-ins across four counties.
Derry Township Police arrested Jason Jackson of Camp Hill and Ricky L. Green, 56, of Harrisburg in connection with the 2025 Hershey Fresh Market burglary (case DT-25-07680). Both have been charged with burglary (F2), criminal trespass (F2), theft by unlawful taking (F3) and criminal mischief, and detectives say they have linked the suspects to a string of commercial burglaries across Cumberland, Dauphin, York and Perry counties. Investigators credited leads from other area agencies in making the arrests.
