Two charged in Feasterville TJ MAXX retail theft

Lower Southampton Township Police obtained arrest warrants after a June 13, 2025 retail theft at the Feasterville TJ MAXX; both suspects are jailed at George W. Hill Correctional Facility awaiting return to Bucks County to face charges.

On June 15, 2026, Lower Southampton Township Police opened an investigation into a retail theft that occurred June 13, 2025 at the TJ MAXX on E. Street Road in Feasterville, where a male and female concealed merchandise in a duffel bag and fled in a Dodge Journey van. With assistance from Radnor Township Police, the suspects were identified as 31-year-old Daquan Cousins and 35-year-old Kayla English-Leslie of Philadelphia; arrest warrants were obtained for Daquan Cousins and Kayla English on charges of Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and Criminal Conspiracy. Both are currently incarcerated at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Delaware County and will remain there until returned to Bucks County to face the charges.
