A fundraising campaign has identified two of the three children who died after a recreational boat capsized during a powerful storm on Geneva Lake in southeastern Wisconsin over the Fourth of July weekend, Fox 6 Now reports. The children were identified as 7-year-old Abigail Oswald and her 6-year-old brother, Caleb Oswald, whose family says they hope to honor their memory by supporting a children’s charity.
