Tyrese Ruiz arrested on felony sexual charges involving a minor

The Harrisburg Bureau of Police arrested 26-year-old Tyrese Ruiz on July 8, 2026, on multiple felony charges alleging sexual offenses against a minor. A warrant issued July 7, 2026 charged Ruiz with one count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child (F1), one count of corruption of minors (F3), and one count of unlawful contact with a minor (F1); he was last known to reside in uptown Harrisburg.
