Tyshawn Cornell Harris, 25, arrested after threatening and assaulting manager at Weis in Lower Allen Township
Police say Tyshawn Cornell Harris threatened to return and harm a store manager, then attempted to slap and spat at the manager after being asked to leave Weis on Lowther Road.
On September 24, 2026, Lower Allen Township police were dispatched to Weis, 1195 Lowther Road, after store management reported that 25-year-old Tyshawn Cornell Harris caused a disturbance when customers refused to give him money and was asked to leave. Authorities say Harris threatened to come back and harm the manager, then attempted to slap and spat at the manager; officers located and positively identified him, took him into custody and transported him to Cumberland County Prison. He was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.
