British telecoms group agreed a £4.3 billion ($5.8 billion) deal to acquire the remainder of VodafoneThree and assume full ownership.
Vodafone announced Tuesday it has agreed a £4.3 billion ($5.8 billion) transaction to take full ownership of VodafoneThree, the country’s biggest mobile phone operator. The deal gives Vodafone complete control of the UK carrier.
