Warrant issued for Bernard Pierce Eisenhard on terroristic threats, harassment charges
Bushkill Township police say a 43-year-old man threatened two people; an arrest warrant was issued.
On Sept. 16, 2026, at about 10:00 p.m., Bushkill Township officers responded to a disturbance at Old Grade Road and Kateleen Road in Wind Gap and determined that 43-year-old Bernard Pierce Eisenhard had verbally threatened two victims with bodily harm before leaving the area. A criminal complaint was prepared and an arrest warrant was issued charging Eisenhard with Title 18 § 2706(a)(1) Terroristic Threats and Title 18 § 2709(a)(4) Harassment; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
