Carlisle Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 46-year-old Derek Lee Carpenter of Carlisle following a traffic stop on May 1, 2026 at Spring Rd and K Street. Carpenter, described as a white male, 6'0", 170 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes, faces one count of habitual offenders (75 §6503.1, M2) and one count of driving while operating privilege is suspended, DUI-related (75 §1543.B1III, M3) in case MJ-09202-CR0000264-2026.
