Warrant issued for Easton man in $345 shoplifting at Weis Markets

On August 20, 2026, at about 7:30 AM officers responded to Weis Markets at 3825 Sullivan Trail in Easton after two males left the store without paying for $345.04 worth of items; an Asset Protection investigator identified one suspect as 47-year-old Scott Thomas Brown. Brown has an arrest warrant for one count of retail theft (M1) and one count of receiving stolen property (M1) in case MJ-03209-CR-0000157-2026 and has a prior retail-theft conviction.
