Warrant issued for man accused of stealing HVAC coil in East Cocalico Township

Elijah Velez, 42, (listed as Male Hispanic, Denver, PA 17517) is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking after investigators say exterior surveillance footage identified him removing an HVAC evaporation coil system from a residence on Ironwood Court in East Cocalico Township. The footage reportedly shows Velez walking alongside the home, taking the component, carrying it to his vehicle and fleeing; the coil system is valued at about $500.
