Warrant issued for Scott Thomas Brown in Weis Markets theft
Forks Township police say 47-year-old Scott Thomas Brown was identified in a shoplifting incident at Weis Markets on Aug. 20, 2026, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
On Aug. 20, 2026 at about 7:30 a.m., officers responded to Weis Markets at 3825 Sullivan Trail in Easton after two men reportedly left the store without paying for $345.04 in groceries and merchandise. One man was identified as 47-year-old Scott Thomas Brown, who has a prior retail-theft conviction; Forks Township police have obtained an arrest warrant charging him with one count each of retail theft (M1) and receiving stolen property (M1) (MJ-03209-CR-0000157-2026, MDJ 03-2-09).
