On October 22, 2026, Lower Allen Township Police served an arrest warrant for 34-year-old Jaquann Black in connection with a retail theft at BJ's, 3805 Hartzdale Drive, on October 25, 2023. Two men were shown on video removing several televisions and a sound bar valued at $9,530 and leaving in a black Dodge Ram with an obscured plate; investigators identified Black and co-defendant Tyron Johnson. The warrant was issued August 26, 2024 by MDJ Delozier (Docket CR-376-2024, Ref LA-23-05461).
