Sean Lamont Mosley, 58, was arrested when a warrant was served by the Lower Allen Township Police Department on July 13, 2026. Police say video linked Mosley to a Dec. 1, 2025, incident at Weis Markets, 1195 Lowther Road, in which items worth $166.30 were taken; he has three prior retail-theft convictions, elevating the charge to a felony. The warrant (docket CR-553-2025, reference LA-25-06792) was issued Dec. 23, 2025, by MDJ Delozier.
