Waynesboro police: harassment, underage consumption, loose-animal and disorderly conduct citations
Four incidents in late May and June led to citations or charges, including a harassment citation, two underage consumption charges, a loose-animal code citation and a disorderly conduct citation.
Susan M. Oliver of Waynesboro was cited for harassment after a physical altercation on May 27 at 2:44 p.m. on W. Second Street. Two 16-year-old males were charged with underage consumption following police contact on June 9 at 5:07 p.m. on W. Main Street. Dalton P. Aldridge was cited for a borough loose-animal code violation after a June 13 report on Cottage Street, and Jennifer K. Martines was cited for disorderly conduct after a disturbance on June 16 at 8:00 p.m. on W. Second Street.
