Waynesboro Police Department reported multiple citations between June 7 and August 26. Cynthia K. Baker, Waynesboro, was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident on June 7 at 8:56 p.m. on E. Main Street and later cited for public drunkenness after a disturbance on August 10 at 10:29 p.m. on E. Main Street; Ian M. Wood, Waynesboro, was cited for underage consumption and registration and certificate of title required after police made contact with him on June 24 at 12:57 a.m. on W. Main Street; David E. Gero, Waynesboro, was cited for public drunkenness after police made contact with him on July 19 at 4:38 a.m. on S. Potomac Street; Eric J. Sanders, Waynesboro, was cited for harassment after an incident on July 26 at 9:14 p.m. on N. Potomac Street; Michelle L. Woods, Martinsburg, West Virginia, was cited for accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property after a hit and run on July 26 at 6:12 p.m. on W. Second Street; Caitlinn Eigenbrode, Waynesboro, was cited for public drunkenness after an incident on August 1 at 1:17 a.m. on E. Main Street; a 16-year-old male was cited for retail theft after an incident on August 13 at 11:06 p.m. on S. Potomac Street; and Jerry L. Booth, Waynesboro, was cited for public drunkenness after an incident on August 26 at 10:39 p.m. on N. Franklin Street.
