Waynesboro woman charged with drug paraphernalia, suspended-license violation
After a pre-dawn traffic stop on W. Main Street, a Waynesboro woman was charged with drug paraphernalia possession and driving with a suspended privilege.
Shayla M. Noll, 26, of Waynesboro, was charged with one count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked following a traffic stop on Aug. 6 at 2:20 a.m. on W.
