Mount Joy Borough Police cited four people in recent incidents including a retail theft, two underage drinking citations and a harassment charge.
Abigail J. Myers, 19, of Mount Joy was cited Sept. 9 for retail theft after allegedly taking two cat-related items worth approximately $60 and leaving a local store without paying. On Sept. 12 at 11:18 p.m., Victoria M. Frey, 18, and Darrion M. Boylan, 18, both of Mount Joy, were cited for underage drinking. On Sept. 20, Angela M. Enck, 41, of Akron was charged with harassment for allegedly texting a victim while a no-contact order was on file with police.
