West Lampeter PD Welcomes Two New Officers
Erin Godfrey and Chase Martin graduated from the Reading Police Academy on June 26, 2026, after completing 919 hours of training and are now in field training with West Lampeter PD.
On June 26, 2026, Officers Erin Godfrey and Chase Martin graduated from the Reading Police Academy after completing 919 hours of training over six months, which included Pennsylvania law, rules of criminal procedure, physical fitness, defensive tactics, emergency driving, firearms and first aid. Both officers passed the cumulative final exam and received certification from the Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission and are currently assigned to patrol duties with a field training officer for the next 12 to 14 weeks. The West Lampeter Police Department asks the community to welcome Officers Godfrey and Martin.
