William C. Stout (1934 – 2026)

William C. Stout, 91, of Hanover Township, Northampton County, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol J. (Dech) Stout, who passed away on April 16, 2025. Born in Bethlehem on June 11, 1934, William was the son of the late Claude M. and Sadie A. (Becker) Stout. He devoted 39½ years of service as a Business Analyst with the former Bethlehem Steel. William was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church and had previously attended and been active at Holy Cross Lutheran Church for more than 50 years. He was a graduate of Liberty High School and also attended Lehigh University. He found great joy spending time with his wife and his family. William also enjoyed working in his yard, carpentry and remodeling homes with his children. He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, quiet kindness, and devotion to his family and faith.

SURVIVORS

He is survived by his daughter, Deborah L. Mosser and her husband, Gary, of Bethlehem; his son, Gregory A. Stout and his wife, Kelley, of Schnecksville; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, Douglas W. Stout.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church, 5300 Green Pond Road, Easton, PA 18045. The calling hour will be followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will conclude services at Memorial Park Cemetery. A funeral repast will be held in the Calvary Fellowship Hall immediately following the interment. Arrangements are entrusted to the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.
