The Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit has issued a warrant for 54-year-old William Gonzales of Williamsport for delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and criminal use of a communication facility. Authorities say Gonzales allegedly collected pre-recorded buy money from a confidential informant, gave it to Kirsten Tyson, who then purchased meth from Jamal Lumpkin at 678 Grier Street; detectives later recovered meth and executed a search warrant at the address, arresting Lumpkin. Pre-recorded police funds were found in Jonathan Springman’s wallet and a bag of crack cocaine linked to Cheryl Holleran was recovered; Holleran has been charged with possession and Springman with delivery. Anyone with information should contact the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office at 570-320-8120; all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty.
