Windsor woman arrested on drug conspiracy and paraphernalia charges
Lower Windsor Township police obtained a warrant and served it Sept. 2, 2026, charging Tatiana A. Hoffard, 29, in a drug-related conspiracy and paraphernalia case tied to an incident on Craley Road.
On Aug. 8, 2026 at about 2:07 p.m., Tatiana A. Hoffard, 29, of Windsor was charged with felony conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver, and two misdemeanor conspiracy counts for possession of a controlled substance by an unregistered person and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident occurred on the 2000 block of Craley Road in Lower Windsor Township. An arrest warrant was obtained and served at MDJ 19-3-01 on Sept. 2, 2026; a preliminary hearing is scheduled and Hoffard is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
