On June 29, 2026, at about 11:07 a.m., officers responded to a motor vehicle collision at Sullivan Trail and Meco Road in Easton involving Rachel Julieana Roye, 24. Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol, administered standardized field sobriety tests, and arrested Roye; a legal blood draw at a DUI center showed a BAC of .180%. She was charged by criminal complaint with one count of Driving Under the Influence — Highest Rate and one count of Driving Under the Influence — General Impairment.
