Woman Arrested on Active Assault Warrant After Montour Township Traffic Stop
During an early-morning traffic stop, the driver was found to have an active assault warrant and was taken into custody.
On July 1, 2026 at about 1:00 a.m., Officer Hernandez conducted a traffic stop at Rupert Drive and Train Street for a traffic violation. The driver, a woman, was discovered to have an active criminal warrant related to an assault and was taken into custody and transported to Columbia County Prison, according to Montour Township Police Department.
