Woman charged in TJ Maxx shoplifting incident, released on $10,000 unsecured bail

Kieara Marie Gallardo, 25, was arrested Nov. 4, 2026, by Harrisburg City Police on charges of retail theft and retail theft (criminal conspiracy) stemming from an Oct. 19 incident at TJ Maxx in Manheim Township; she was arraigned by MDJ Monson, released on $10,000 unsecured bail and the warrant was canceled. Police say video showed three women concealing merchandise, passing all points of sale and leaving in a black Ford SUV; no merchandise was recovered and the total loss was $1,232.48.
