Yara Santos Cristobal, 25, was arrested Sunday, July 26, 2026, in Fishkill, NY, on a charge of aggravated DWI with a child passenger less than 16 (first offense). Additional charges included operating a motor vehicle with a .08% or greater BAC, DWI as a prior designated offense within 10 years, and aggravated unlicensed operation related to alcohol or drugs. The matter was processed through the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office on Hopewell Avenue in Fishkill.
