Kindness Week runs Nov. 7–14. The York City Police Department invites residents to report neighbors, students or others going out of their way to help by messaging the department’s Facebook page, calling (717) 654-5250, or emailing Lt. Timothy Clymer at [email protected]. The department notes that kindness is contagious and may even earn a "Kindness Citation."
