Anna, a young woman who abandoned her dream of becoming a chef, drifts through her twenties making poor choices. After she loses a house-sitting job (and her housing), a chance meeting with Matteo — a handsome Italian with an empty villa in Tuscany — prompts her to jet off to Italy against the advice of her best friend Claire.
