On August 21, 2026, at approximately 4:53 a.m., East Pennsboro Township Police responded to a welfare check on Altoona Avenue in Enola. Officers located 25-year-old Zyon Tyrese Stewart and say he was in possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and had open containers of alcohol; the caller’s vehicle was illegally parked and blocking traffic. Stewart is charged with DRUGS and RESTRICTION ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
