Batavia Police Report Multiple Arrests Sept. 8–16, 2026
Batavia Police arrested several people on DWI, drug possession and other charges between Sept. 8 and Sept. 16, 2026; most were issued tickets and released while some were arraigned in CAP Court.
Between Sept. 8 and Sept. 16, 2026, Batavia police made several arrests including a felony DWI charge for Nathan S. Bowes (41) of Attica following a traffic stop on East Main St.; Jared J. Yoder (23) and Jagger J. Owens (21) were also arrested for DWI and issued traffic tickets and released. Other arrests included Timothy A. Peck (42) for failure to register an e-mail as a level 1 sex offender (appearance ticket); Louis S. Szabo (26) on a warrant for 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (arraigned in CAP Court); Craig L. Schrutt (73) for 2nd-degree criminal contempt (appearance ticket); Tyler D. Price (34) for 4th-degree criminal mischief (taken to Genesee County Jail for CAP Court); and Aiyana E. Masterson (21) and David M. Hawk (41) for 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop (appearance tickets and released).
