Benjamin McAdams, 36, charged after pursuit in Etters

Benjamin Michael McAdams, 36, of Cragmoor Road was charged following a police investigation in the 3000 block of Old Trail Road in Newberry Township (Etters) on May 2, 2026. He faces one felony count of fleeing or attempting to elude an officer (F3) and four additional charges: resisting arrest/other law enforcement (M2), DUI (M), evading arrest or detention on foot (M), and disregard traffic lane (S). The Newberry Township Police Department handled the case.
