Melissa Hegner, 36, was arrested Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 10:25 p.m. in Pleasant Valley on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree for cocaine (500 milligrams), aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs (first offense). The arrest was handled by the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office on Quaker Hill Road.
