Lebanon Officers St. Clair and Secoges Awarded for Life-Saving Actions
Two Lebanon City officers received Life Saving Awards after providing emergency medical aid that controlled life-threatening injuries during separate 2026 incidents.
Officer Philip St. Clair was presented a Life Saving Award for his June 1, 2026 response, when he was dispatched to assist First Aid and Safety Patrol personnel and applied a tourniquet to control severe arm bleeding. Officer Secoges received a Life Saving Award for her September 20, 2026 response to a reported gunshot victim, where she used a tactical medical kit to apply chest seals to a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. Their decisive actions, sound judgment, and effective emergency care helped preserve lives and reflect credit on the department.
