Two Lebanon City officers were honored after administering life‑saving emergency care in separate 2026 incidents.
Officer Philip St. Clair was presented a Life Saving Award for his June 1, 2026 response, when he assisted First Aid and Safety Patrol personnel and applied a tourniquet to control severe arm bleeding. Officer Secoges received a Life Saving Award for her September 20, 2026 response to a self‑inflicted gunshot wound to the chest, using a tactical medical kit to apply chest seals.
