On Sept. 15, Bethlehem City Council approved a memorandum of understanding with Homeland Security Investigations in a 4-3 vote. Council members also approved higher fees for police records requests, adopted an updated property maintenance code, discussed the city’s fire and EMS study and approved a three-year cost allocation agreement plus use permits for upcoming events.
