Bradford man arrested after allegedly exposing himself to 13-year-old online decoy
Police say the 34-year-old allegedly exposed himself to an online decoy and requested nude photos after being told the decoy was 13; his phone was seized and a warrant revealed communications and images.
On March 4, 2026, police responded to an online predator report at 2 Brookline Court in Bradford involving 34-year-old Charles William Taylor, who is accused of exposing himself multiple times to an online decoy posing as a 13-year-old. A man identifying as “Wolfpack Pred Hunta” confronted Taylor at his residence and provided investigators with records; officers seized Taylor’s phone and, after executing a search warrant, say they found images and communications in which Taylor requested nude photos after being informed of the decoy’s age. Taylor was charged with CC 6312D1 Possession of Child Pornography–Attempt (F3), CC 7512A Criminal Use of Communication Facility (F3) and CC 6301A1I Corruption of Minors (M1); on September 11, 2026, before Judge Luther he was remanded to the McKean County Jail on $85,000 bail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
