Bradford man pleads guilty to drug delivery and conspiracy after Belleview Avenue raid
A Bradford man admitted to delivering and conspiring to deliver controlled substances after a January McKean County Drug Task Force raid; sentencing is scheduled for November.
Raymond Kelley pleaded guilty on October 15 at the McKean County Courthouse to Delivery of a Controlled Substance/Possession with Intent to Deliver for drug deliveries on December 30 and January 20, an additional possession-with-intent-to-deliver cocaine charge for January 20, and one count of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance.
