Bradford man pleads guilty to felony drug delivery charges
Raymond Kelley admitted to multiple felony drug delivery and conspiracy charges following a January raid by the McKean County Drug Task Force.
Raymond Kelley pled guilty during an Oct. 15 plea hearing at the McKean County Courthouse to Delivery of a Controlled Substance/Possession with Intent to Deliver (for alleged deliveries on Dec. 30 and Jan. 20 and an additional possession with intent to deliver cocaine on Jan. 20) and one count of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance. He was the third defendant arrested in the Belleview Avenue raid to plead guilty; Detective Seth Shephard investigated the case and sentencing is scheduled for November.
