Brandon Kevin Fotibu Arrested on DUI Charge After Driving on Harvey Taylor Bridge
An officer stopped a vehicle after observing it drift and touch the white fog line on the Harvey Taylor Bridge; the driver was arrested for suspected alcohol impairment.
On August 30, 2026 at about 02:32, an officer observed a vehicle eastbound on the Harvey Taylor Bridge drifting toward the right lane and touching the white fog line. A traffic stop was made and the driver, Brandon Kevin Fotibu, 25, exhibited signs of alcohol impairment and was arrested for DUI by the East Pennsboro Township Police Department. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
