On August 8, 2026 at approximately 22:41, Plumstead Township police responded to a Split Log Drive home in the Cabin Run development after a report that an adult male was peering into a young female's bedroom window. Home video identified the male as a Cabin Run resident and known neighbor; he was charged with loitering and prowling (a third‑degree misdemeanor) and summary harassment. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 8, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Judge Gambardella's, 276 Tabor Rd, Ottsville, PA.
