Cameron Neil Kerwin, 32, of West Broad Street was charged following a Newberry Township Police investigation in the 1100 block of Old Trail Road in Etters on August 30, 2026. He faces one count each of evading arrest or detention on foot (M2), resist arrest/other law enforcement (M2), disorderly conduct hazardous/physically offensive condition (M3), loitering and prowling at night time (M3), and criminal mischief-damage property (S) under case number 32-26-07777.
