Chadwych Conan Merrell charged with contempt for alleged PFA violation

On September 16, 2026, at approximately 1316 hours, East Pennsboro Township Police received a report that 44-year-old Chadwych Conan Merrell had violated the terms of a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order. Merrell, described as a 6'4", 195 lb white male with green eyes and brown hair, was charged with two counts of violating the PFA and cited for contempt for violation of order or agreement at the East Pennsboro Township Police Department on Wyoming Ave, Enola, PA 17025. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
