Chadwych Conan Merrell charged with contempt for violating PFA
East Pennsboro police say a reported Protection from Abuse violation led to two contempt charges against a 44-year-old man.
On Sept. 16, 2026 at approximately 1:16 p.m., East Pennsboro Township Police received a report alleging a Protection from Abuse (PFA) violation by 44-year-old Chadwych Conan Merrell. Following an investigation, Merrell was charged with two counts of violating the PFA and cited for contempt for violation of order or agreement at the East Pennsboro Township Police Department on Wyoming Ave in Enola. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
