Chambersburg police seek help identifying man in Keystone Pharmacy prescription forgery
Police ask public to identify a man who attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription at Keystone Pharmacy.
On June 2, 2026, Chambersburg Police Department officers responded to Keystone Pharmacy at 830 Fifth Ave for a prescription forgery. The man pictured created a fraudulent prescription and attempted to obtain medications; he is being treated as a person of interest but not necessarily a suspect.
