College updates transfer credit policy
New policy applies to students matriculating in fall 2026 or later; for current students it covers only external credits earned from fall 2026 onward and will not be applied retroactively.
In collaboration with the Office of the Provost, the Office of the Registrar has been working to revise the current transfer credit policy with the goals of transparency and equity, with respect for accreditation compliance, and in alignment with best practices.
Please review the new policy. This policy applies to students (first-year and transfer) matriculating in fall 2026 or later. For currently enrolled (continuing) students, the policy applies only to external credits earned from the fall 2026 term onward and will not be applied retroactively.
