On July 17, 2026 at approximately 11:19 a.m., Columbia Borough Police charged Benjamin Andrew Poor, 36, of Columbia, PA, with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, theft by unlawful taking—movable property, and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense. Police list Poor as a 6'2", 225 lb white male with brown eyes and red hair and note he is homeless. Poor is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
